VIDEO – TUTORIAL – mixed media card with butterflies


Hi, this is my the very first blog post for WOW embossing powder. I am really honoured to be part of Creative team and I hope you will enjoy my video tutorials.

Today I prepared for you mixed media card showcasing different heat embossing techniques. All are very easy and if you are not fan of mixed media just take one of them and use it for your clean and simple card.

Techniques:

1. basic stamping with embossing ink – over it sprinkle embossing powder – heat set it
2. applying paste/gesso through stencil – over it sprinkle embossing powder – heat set it
3. making splatters with water  – over it sprinkle embossing powder – heat set it
4. applying embossing ink all over piece of paper   – over it sprinkle embossing powder – heat set it
5. cut shape from double sided adhesive – glue it on card – remove secure layer to open layer with glue  – over it sprinkle embossing powder – heat set it

other: black watercolour paper, Kuretake – Starry colours watercolours, Tonic Studio – Nuvo Deluxe adhesive, no card, stitched square dies /very old ones/, 3D foam tape, antistatic powder, double sided adhesive sheet

VIDEO – tutorial – Art Journal nr1

Hi,

this is my the very first art journal page for 2021, I gave myself New Year’s resolution to make more mixed media mainly more art journals. I call it Art journal in box, I do not use any prepared plain art journal but I will work at mixed media paper 20x20cm. It will be fun and my first art journal is really crazy. I hope you will like it. List of material is at the end.
