it is time to cook. I have for you sweet recipe for stracciatela cake. Very easy and fast and so delicious.
Measurements are european.
250g flour
150g non salted butter (melted)
1 backing powder
1 small vanilla sugar
1 high quality chocolate
2 eggs
1 soured cream (250g)
120g sugar
Mix everything together – usually start with dry ingredient and than all liquid. At the end add grated chocolate. Dough is usually very heavy so I am adding milk for making it little bit lighter.
Bake it 30-40min at 160 degrees.
You can decorate cake with cream or made chocolate icing.
